Welcome to KlenCars. By booking or using our mobile car detailing, paint correction, or ceramic coating services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Service Area & Mobile Setup

KlenCars operates as a fully mobile unit equipped with its own water and power supply. Services are performed at the location provided by the client (driveway, home, or office parking lot). The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or parking clearance required for us to perform work on the premises.

2. Pricing & Vehicle Condition

Starting prices are estimates based on standard vehicle sizes and typical wear. Final pricing may be adjusted if the vehicle exhibits extreme soil, heavy pet hair, mold, excessive biohazards, or severe paint defects not disclosed during quote request. Any price adjustments will be communicated and approved prior to starting work.

3. Cancellations & Weather Rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment modifications. In the event of severe weather (heavy rain, high winds, freezing temperatures) that would compromise quality or safety, KlenCars reserves the right to reschedule the appointment for the next mutually agreeable date.

4. Satisfaction & Pre-Existing Damage

We conduct a pre-inspection of the vehicle prior to work. KlenCars is not responsible for pre-existing damage, deeply etched clear coat scratches beyond safe polishing limits, faded trim, or delicate interior electronics with prior faults. We perform a final walkthrough with the client upon completion to ensure 100% satisfaction.
