Terms of Sale

The Terms of Sale are part of Klencars Terms of Use and are additional terms by which all Users or guests abide when using the Service. When you book online or via phone with Klencars, you should read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking prior to making an appointment. Once an appointment has been made, you are bound under the terms and conditions herein.

Payment Terms & Conditions

Bookings are charged upon completion of the service requested. Klencars accepts cash, debit and, Credit Card. Any Card Declined will lead Klencars to ask the customer to find a solution for the payment of the service provided. Klencars will start a collection process 48 hours after getting the customer’s Credit Card refused. The customer is responsible for any reasonable debt collection if they fail to pay after the service is provided.

Late Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel any appointment up to 48 hours before the due date. However, inside of the 48 hour period, a fee of 20% of the job price is charged to compensate our technician. This rule applies for any car detail, paint correction or ceramic coating job.

Redeeming a Gift Card

If there is probable and clear cause that the service technician did not fulfill the package as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will at our cost redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service free of charge. Any claims must be filed within 24 hours of the completion of the service by phone (512-843), email ([email protected]), or text message (512-843-1401). Pictures of the area must be texted or emailed within 24 hours of the claim being made.

Terms of SMS Messaging

When opted-in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number. These kinds of messages may include offers, coupons, or other information .You can opt-out of this service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number. After you text “STOP” to us, we may send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

How can I book an appointment?

Can you detail my car at my home, office or appartment?

Yes we can! All we need is access to electricity and water. We carry extension cords for water and electricity as long as 100 feet so its easy for us to access power.

How long does car detailing usually take?

Each detail takes a different amount of time depending on the size and dirtyness of the vehicle. On average it takes 1.5-2.5 hours for an Exterior Detail job. It takes 1.5-2.5 hours for an Interior Detail job, and it takes 3-5 hours for a Full Detail job.

How long will the clean last?

We at Klencars pride ourselves in how long we are able to keep your car clean even after we are done detailing. We generously apply various paint, window, and plastic sealants and protectants all over your car to keep it shinning and protected for longer. We like to give our customers a lot of value for their money and making the detail job last a long time is our priority.

What if I don't have access to water or electricity?

If you don't have access to water or electricity, we've got you covered. Contact us at [email protected] to find out where we can meet up to get your car looking brand new. There are many options for dropping off your car, you can either have a friend drop your car off with you so they could give you a ride home while you're waiting for it to be cleaned, you can use Uber, or we can arrange a shuttle ride for you at a small price. So, there is no need to worry if you live someplace without access to both water and electricity. We are here to help!
