At KlenCars, we respect your right to control your personal information. This page explains how to request deletion of the data we hold about you, including any data we may have obtained through Facebook or Instagram login, lead forms, or messaging.

- Vehicle information (year, make, model, condition)
- Booking and appointment details (address, service, scheduling notes)
This includes any data submitted through our website forms, quote requests, online booking, or through Facebook and Instagram lead forms and messaging.
2. How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, contact us using one of the methods below. Please use the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the name and contact information associated with your account so we can locate your records.
3. What Happens Next
- We will confirm receipt of your request and verify your identity to protect against unauthorized deletion.
- We will delete your personal data from our active systems within 30 days of verifying your request.
- Once deletion is complete, we will send you a confirmation by email or text message.
- Some records may be retained where required by law (for example, tax or business records), but they will no longer be used for marketing or outreach.
4. Facebook & Instagram Data
If you connected with KlenCars through Facebook or Instagram — including lead forms, direct messages, or login — your request covers that data as well. We will remove your information from our customer relationship tools and any connected marketing platforms we control within the same 30-day window.
